Help us in our mission to have only WANTED dogs and cats in Lincoln County, Oklahoma! It seems like every day a dog, a litter of puppies, a cat with kittens is dumped somewhere in this county. While it's unfair to the homeowner to deal with these helpless and innocent animals, we have to realize with the inflation experienced post COVID, working and middle class families are having trouble paying bills. The best way to eliminate the over population of cats and dogs is to financially assist everyday folks in getting their animals sterilized.
