Need financial help with getting your dogs or cats spayed or neutered? First, click the "Login/Register" button on the Home page, then click the link shown. Keep in mind that while this is a secure system, we do NOT ask for any financial information! We do not require you to prove anything other than you're a Lincoln County resident by one of two ways. Please don't be embarrased if you can't afford spay-neuter services!
With all the dishonest people out there, this is the first step in verifying your account. And please, if you're not a Lincoln County, OK, resident, stop here. Otherwise, follow the directions.
If it's a legitimate email, you'll get a verification email fairly quickly. Check your SPAM folder if it's not in your Inbox. Input the code as indicated.
After entering the code you'll land here but without the uploaded documents. That's the second step in verifying that you are a Lincoln County, Oklahoma, resident. You can either upload a photo of your Oklahoma state-issued photo ID or a photo of a piece of postmarked mail with your name and address. The only ones that will view your uploaded documents are the administrators of this system and the veterinary practice you choose. READ THE DIRECTIONS!
When satisfied that the address is legible in the photo, click the RED BUTTON! Otherwise Admin does not know you uploaded a photo.
When the page opens it is ready for you to fill out your animal profile. Be as accurately as possible.
After the animal profile is saved, the screen will return with an opportunity for you to upload a nice photo of your animal.
This shows a start of the application. There are instructions throughout. We ask you to limit applications to one per family.
This shows a completed application. The veterinary office will see your ID photos when they open your application. To start an application, click the top link. There are instructions throughout. We ask you to limit applications to one per family.
You will be notified by email if/when your application is approved or if it is put on hold. If approved, the email will state: It is up to you to call the veterinary practice you selected and make an appointment at your convenience. LCSNF DOES NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
